All public sector participants already registered with National IPA or U.S. Communities continue to have access to all contracts, with certain exceptions, in the portfolio and do not need to re-register to use a legacy National IPA, legacy U.S. Communities, or new OMNIA Partners contract. U.S. Communities and National IPA remain separate legal entities and lead agency contracts completed under each brand are effective and available for use through the contract’s approved term. In the event we believe re-registration is necessary for any reason, OMNIA Partners will let you know.

The Home Depot Pro Building Assessment Tool is a comprehensive process that examines your facility and helps you create a cleanliness improvement plan. First, a Home Depot Pro representative will conduct a detailed on-site evaluation of your facility using the Building Assessment Tool. Next, you will work with the representative to create a comprehensive report for benchmarking and go-forward recommendations. The Cleaning Performance Index (CPI) tool provides customers the opportunity to design an online custom cleaning performance audit. The intuitive CPI tool offers a choice of room types, as well as the ability to rename individual spaces and select from a list of callouts. The audit allows the inspector to record the level of performance and provides the opportunity to add notes and use point-and-click photo capture. The audits combine into graphic reports that track results in each building and building group. Use the CPI tool to create summary reports that you can export and analyze in MS Excel. Review and print your results based on the location and timeline you desire.

The Home Depot Pro Video Training Portal offers more than 100 online training modules from industry leading suppliers to ensure your staff is using the latest training techniques for improving efficiency. No. Contact your Home Depot Pro Institutional Account Representative at omniapartners@supplyworks.com to have the OMNIA Partners program linked to your existing account.

See additional details on the new brand. Our Federal Tax ID number is changing to 58-1853319. If you are tax-exempt, no action is required. Please change the remit name to The Home Depot Pro going forward; the remit address remains the same. Your account number will remain the same. As a result of the merger,Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. d/b/a The Home Depot Pro will honor any current written agreement between your company and Interline Brands, Inc. 

My state requires local governments to bid everything. Can local governments in my state use this program without going out to bid?
Yes. The contract has been competitively bid by a government agency. Through the Joint Powers Authority or an inter-local agreement, local governments can "piggy-back" this competitively bid contract through OMNIA Partners. This satisfies the competitive bid requirements in most states. See state by state laws on intergovernmental purchasing.

Does the competitive pricing apply, regardless of quantity?
Using The Home Depot Pro Institutional and the OMNIA Partners program ensures competitive pricing on orders of all sizes for all agencies. There are no costs, minimum quantity requirements or spend limits associated with using The Home Depot Pro Institutional through OMNIA Partners.
