U.S. Communities and National IPA, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of OMNIA Partners, have come together as OMNIA Partners, Public Sector. All public sector participants already registered with National IPA or U.S. Communities continue to have access to all contracts, with certain exceptions, in the portfolio and do not need to re-register to use a legacy National IPA, legacy U.S. Communities, or new OMNIA Partners contract. U.S. Communities and National IPA remain separate legal entities and lead agency contracts completed under each brand are effective and available for use through the contract’s approved term. In the event we believe re-registration is necessary for any reason, OMNIA Partners will let you know.

The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) sought to create a versatile space that accentuated their location behind Independence Hall. This space needed to seamlessly transition from an open plan to private offices, including spaces for entertainment, connection, and focus.
Despite their variety of needs, Meyer Design sought an efficient and cost-effective solution that could accommodate limited design hours. OFS Brands’ array of space solutions and OMNIA Partners (subsidiary National IPA) contract proved perfect to craft a functional, beautiful, and personalized space that went beyond their expectations.
By using the OMNIA Partners (subsidiary National IPA) contract which offers a great pricing structure, there was no reason to send the furniture package to bid. This allowed the design team the time and freedom to fully specify one manufacturer and delve deep into the options they had to offer. The time typically allocated to bidding could now be spent paying attention to details within the design. The overall project was a success and the client is very happy!

Dakota State University
When Dakota State University decided to build the Beacom Institute of Technology and remodel 2 other spaces on campus, they trusted Canfield Business Interior as their dealer. They sought a space that fit LEED and BIEMA standards, offered cdollaboration spaces for students, and showcased the school's passion for technology. Canfield Business Interiors has a long-standing relationship with Ben Wagner of OFS Brands, and with access to great pricing provided by the OMNIA Partners (subsidiary National IPA) contract, DSU looked to OFS Brands for furniture and inspiration.
Abby Dyk from Canfield Business Interiors describes, "We drew inspiration from the form of Skara and the softness of 1-linchada. Really, the products themselves offered the opportunity to make featured areas all over campus." DSU staff were so pleased with the final product that they threw a grand opening party attended by the governor of South Dakota, a US Senator, the school president, donors, and country singer Jake Owen. Today, students crowd to new collaborative spaces and attend classes in the new computer labs.
