Elmore County received Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funding and was in search of assistance with sourcing and coordinating a large volume of orders for their schools. “It was as simple as putting a contract number on our purchase order. Having a person that we could talk to, to help us and answer questions, and I don’t think we could have asked for anything smoother, really. It went very well,” exclaimed Tilley.
