How an Alabama School District Achieved Savings and Spent Relief Funds

In dire need of high-demand school supplies and improved vendor communication and support, Elmore County School District education purchasing leaders turned to OMNIA Partners and Quill to procure classroom solutions and PPE/cleaning supplies. "But I think now seeing the process through, with the amount of money we were dealing with, the purchasing cooperative simplified the process tremendously.”

Elmore County received Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funding and was in search of assistance with sourcing and coordinating a large volume of orders for their schools. The county’s dedicated account manager at Quill assisted them with solutions that were tailored to meet the district’s needs. “It was as simple as putting a contract number on our purchase order. Having a person that we could talk to, to help us and answer questions, and I don’t think we could have asked for anything smoother, really. It went very well,” exclaimed Tilley.
